REGULATION 2024-18
under the
Parks Act
(O.C. 2024-98)
Filed May 1, 2024
1 New Brunswick Regulation 85-104 under the Parks Act is amended by adding after section 27.4 the following:
ENTRANCE FEES FOR THE FUNDY TRAIL PROVINCIAL PARK
27.5(1)The entrance fees for Fundy Trail Provincial Park on and after April 1, 2024 are as follows:
(a) regular rates:
(i) free for children four years of age or under;
(ii) for children five to 18 years of age, $6.96 per person;
(iii) for adults 19 to 64 years of age, $12.17 per person;
(iv) for senior citizens, $10.43 per person; and
(v) for a family, $37.39;
(b) for a bus with a capacity of 25 or fewer passengers, $270.00;
(c) for a bus with a capacity of 26 or more passengers,  $537.60;
(d) for a season pass from the opening date to the closing date,
(i) free for children four years of age or under,
(ii) for children five to 18 years of age, $36.52 per person,
(iii) for adults 19 to 64 years of age, $64.35 per person,
(iv) for senior citizens, $53.91 per person, and
(v) for a family, $102.61.
27.5(2)A season pass is not transferable.
2 Schedule A.1 of the Regulation is amended under the heading “Class: Linear Park” by striking out “Fundy Trail Parkway Provincial Park” and substituting “Fundy Trail Provincial Park”.
3 Schedule B of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule B is substituted.
4 Schedule C of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule C is substituted.
