The heading “TOWN OF CARAQUET” preceding section 9 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:

Section 9 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:

(1)
The town called Town of Caraquet is continued and the name of the town is Caraquet.

(2)
The territorial limits of Caraquet are as follows:
Bounded on the north by the waters of the Caraquet Bay; on the east by the east line of the lands owned or previously owned by Romuald Gionet and Ernest Gallien; on the south by the Caraquet Great Grant base line and on the west by Maltempeque Road, being the west limit of Caraquet.

The heading “THE TOWN OF GRAND FALLS - LA VILLE DE GRAND-SAULT” preceding section 13 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:

Section 13 of the Regulation is amended

)
by repealing subsection (1) and substituting the following:

The town called The Town of Grand Falls in English and La Ville de Grand-Sault in French, and called The Town of Grand Falls - La Ville de Grand-Sault, is continued and the name of the town is Grand Falls.

)
in subsection (2) by repealing the portion preceding the territorial limits and substituting the following:

The territorial limits of Grand Falls are as follows:

The heading “TOWN OF ST. LEONARD” preceding section 25 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:

Section 25 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:

The town called Town of St. Leonard is continued and the name of the town is Saint-Léonard.

(2)
The territorial limits of Saint-Léonard are as follows:
Bounded on the north by Lot 107, granted to one Henry Tardif; on the east by the rear line of the Saint John River lots; on the south by the northern or upper line of the land occupied or previously occupied by Joseph Violette, being part of Lot 113 granted to one Andrew B. Hammond; and on the west by the Saint John River.

The heading “TOWN OF SHIPPAGAN” preceding section 28 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:

Section 28 of the Regulation is amended

by repealing subsection (1) and substituting the following:

The town called Town of Shippagan is continued and the name of the town is Shippagan.

The village called Baker Brook is continued and the name of the village is Baker-Brook.

The village called Village de Cap-Pele is continued and the name of the village is Cap-Pelé.

The heading “VILLAGE OF DRUMMOND” preceding section 55 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:

The village called Village of Drummond is continued and the name of the village is Drummond.

The heading “VILLAGE OF PETIT ROCHER” preceding section 84 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:

The village called Village of Petit Rocher is continued and the name of the village is Petit-Rocher.

The territorial limits of Petit-Rocher are as follows:
That part of the parish of Beresford in the County of Gloucester, beginning at a point on the western bank of the Bay of Chaleur where the northern boundary line of Lot 46 meets the said bay; thence in a westerly direction along said northern boundary line of Lot 46 to a point where such boundary line meets the eastern boundary of the Canadian National Railway property; thence in a southerly direction along the eastern boundary of the said railway property to the point where the said boundary meets the southern boundary of Lot 33; thence easterly along the southern boundary of Lot 33 to a point where the said boundary meets the western bank of the Bay of Chaleur; thence northerly along the western bank of the Bay of Chaleur to the point of beginning.
