3(1)The following Schedule of Fees is prescribed for the purposes of the Act:
(a)
subject to paragraphs (b) to (f) and subsection (3), for registering an instrument in which a parcel is referred to, including an instrument registered under the
Construction Remedies Act or filed under the
Employment Standards Act, and for endorsement of the certificate of the registrar
(i) for the first five parcels referred to in the instrument, per parcel ..............$85 |

(ii) for the next forty-five parcels referred to in the instrument, per parcel ..............$25 |
|
(iii) for all parcels referred to in the instrument in excess of those referred to in subparagraphs (i) and (ii), per parcel ..............$10 |

(b)
for registering an instrument that does not conform with the
Instrument Standards Regulation -
Registry Act, the cost of copying plus the greater of
(i)
the fee that would be payable under paragraph (1)(
a) for the registration if the fee were based on the number of parcels referred to in the entire instrument, and
(ii)
a fee of

Condominium Property Act, a plan of survey attached to an instrument registered under paragraph (d) or a plan of survey amending a previously filed instrument or plan of survey

3(2)For the purposes of this section, the registrar may determine when and how copies are to be produced.
3(3)The fee for registering an instrument that contains more than one discharge or assignment shall be the greater of
(a)
the fee that would be payable under paragraph (1)(a) for the registration if the fee were based on the number of parcels referred to in the entire instrument, and
(b)
the fee that would be payable under paragraph (1)(a) for the registration if each discharge or assignment were considered to be a separate instrument.
