1Paragraph 6(1)(i) of Schedule B of New Brunswick Regulation 2000-47 under the Clean Water Act is amended in the portion preceding subparagraph (i) by striking out “an agricultural activity” and substituting “an existing agricultural activity”.
2This Order comes into force on April 1, 2024.
