1 Section 2 of the French version of New Brunswick Regulation 84-165 under the Electrical Installation and Inspection Act is amended
(a) in the definition “apprenti” by striking out “d’électricien en bâtiment” and substituting “d’électricien (construction)”;
(b) in the definition “stagiaire” by striking out “d’électricien en bâtiment” and substituting “d’électricien (construction)”.
2Subsection 10(2) of the French version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph a) by striking out ““d’électricien en bâtiment” wherever it appears and substituting “d’électricien (construction)”;
(b) in subparagraph b)(ii) by striking out “d’électricien en bâtiment” wherever it appears and substituting “d’électricien (construction)”.
3 Section 11 of the French version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph (3)a) by striking out “d’électricien en bâtiment” and substituting “d’électricien (construction)”;
(b) in subsection (4)
(i) in paragraph a) by striking out “d’électricien en bâtiment” and substituting “d’électricien (construction)”;
(ii) in paragraph b) by striking out “d’électricien en bâtiment” and substituting “d’électricien (construction)”;
(c) in subsection (6) by striking out “d’électricien en bâtiment” and substituting “d’électricien (construction)”.
