1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 2013-38 under the Species at Risk Act is amended
(a) in the portion for endangered species under the heading “Arthropods” by adding the following in alphabetical order:
Bumble Bee, Rusty-patched (Bombus affinis)
Bumble Bee, Suckley’s Cuckoo (Bombus suckleyi)
(b) in the portion for species of special concern under the heading “Arthropods” by adding the following in alphabetical order:
Bumble Bee, Yellow-banded (Bombus terricola)
