An Act to Amend the Provincial Court Act
Assented to June 7, 2024
His Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:
1 Subsection 7.1(6) of the Provincial Court Act, chapter P-21 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by striking out “daily rate of 1/251” and substituting “daily rate of 1/220”.
Commencement
2This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on April 1, 2020.
